Workshops are facilitated by "coaches/trainers" who actively model the skills being developed. Processes are based on effective adult learning methods with live demonstrations with real-life issues, exercises, practice and videos. Workshops are skill-oriented with signficant practice. Participants are encouraged to observe their own behavior, take responsibility and choose more effective alternative practices. Participants leave with easy-to-remember models and processes which support them in applying the skills immediately. Follow-up sessions and coaching opportunities are built-in to reinforce use of the skills.
Train-the-trainer programs and certification are also available.
