Ann assists organizations in assessing, reframing, planning, and implementing complex change. Through consultation, process facilitation, training, and
assessment, Potentials provides customized solutions for managing and developing a diverse workforce for greater productivity and effectiveness.
Ann has worked with corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions. In addition to consulting, she has conducted research, lectured, and published articles on transformational leadership, organization development, and workforce diversity. She has also developed a wide range of training programs. Ann works with leaders, multicultural teams and organizations in North America, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.
Prior to founding Potentials in 1984, Ann gained significant management experience as a corporate officer with a Fortune 50 service corporation.
Ann completed her bachelors degree at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She also completed post-graduate training in individual and group process at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in addition to advanced study and certification as a Master Coach. Ann is a member of: Academy of Management; Society for Human Resource Management; American Psychological Association; American Society for Training and Development; Organization Development Network; Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology; and the International Coach Federation.
Dr. Van Eron served on the Board for the Center for the New American Workforce, Queens College. She also facilitates the Human Resource Executive Forum, a networking and benchmarking group for managers responsible for diversity in major corporations.
