Management Skills Training

The management role is critical to the successful functioning of an organization. Managers are responsible for integrating and effectively using a variety of resources to accomplish organizational goals and objectives. The key to being an effective manager is having the necessary skills, especially strong communication practices. With this in mind, communication awareness, skills and practice are pervasive throughout each module in our management skills training programs.

Participants learn the OASIS communication model that has been developed through research and experience. The process focuses on identifying observable, behavioral data and recognizing individual assumptions to work toward a common purpose and agreement. This easy-to-use model serves as a foundation for management training programs and is applied specifically to each topic.

Because each organization is unique, programs are custom designed for the most effective results. Participants work with their real life examples and case studies to practice theories and skills.

Our modules use proven models and methods to educate participants. Our focus is on providing practical skills and tools that can be immediately employed. Individuals who complete the training will re-enter the work environment with an acquired set of specific tools they have seen demonstrated, have practiced and feel ready to incorporate into their work.
